What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email along with the link to track your order.

Or, you can track the status of your order from the “order history” section on your account page on the website.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order.
Normally, once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 36 hours to process and mark it ready for delivery.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via the “Contact Us” form.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you can send an email or call customer support.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, then we can deliver to a different address as per your request. To know further, you can contact us through ‘contact us’ form.

What payment methods do you accept?

We are offering COD (Cash on Delivery) however You can pay using a debit, credit card, or net banking when you receive your package

Replacement Eligibility

Product Eligibility
As a responsible company Tazah Global wants to ensure that the product is received by the customer in its original condition and is not incorrect, broken, or faulty. If you receive a product that is incorrect,  faulty, broken, or damaged you are eligible for a free replacement. 
Timeframe
You must request a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we are unable to process any replacement requests.
Replacement Process
Initiation
To initiate a replacement, please share a video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team within the eligible time frame. In a lot of cases the issue is with the usage of the product and our team can guide you on how the issue you are facing can be fixed. If we determine that the product is indeed faulty….
OPTION A
We will ask you to ship the incorrect, faulty damaged, or broken product in its original packing (Original Product Box and All Accessories) to our warehouse at the below address:-
Tazah Global LLC, Warehouse # 13, Plot # 4488, Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah, UAE
And within 2 working days of receipt of the incorrect, faulty damaged, or broken product we will ship the replacement for you free of charge.
OPTION B
We will schedule a replacement for you within 14 working days. Please pack the product (Original Product Box and All Accessories) for the courier to pick it up and provide you a replacement.
Please note that we do not offer a replacement for “change of mind”.
